This yarn comes in 2 x 50g (approx) matching self-striping standard sock balls in 4 ply sock yarn – 75% Wool/25% Polyamide mix
Start both balls from the same end (inner or outer yarn) and you’ll have identical socks (more or less dependant on your tension and stitch count)
Weight: Fingering weight / 4ply
Meterage:100g = 420m 3.5oz = 459 yards
Needles: 2-3mm needles recommended
Due to the nature of the hand dyeing process striping is not uniform or even, if you want totally even stripes please select our Rainbow mini skeins as from these you can ensure you control how many rows of each colour you work in. Skein colours may appear different from the website and there will be variations across skeins.
